The sBountyGracePeriod has no limit

The sBountyGracePeriod is used to delay when the bounty will be paid to the caller for starting and ending the pool and is controlled by the owner of the SilicaPools contract. However, the sBountyGracePeriod has no limit on the maximum value. Therefore, it can be set to a time far in the future from the start and end of the pool, which could make it impossible to receive the bounty payment.
